Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. My dog was choking. I called them when I was on my way and they got me checked in. When we arrived, we were back in a room within 60 seconds. The tech arrived within a minute or two and then the vet 5 minutes after the tech was done. They gave me options, and guided me to the less invasive (and less expensive) treatment to start. And honestly, for what they did and the drugs they gave him, the cost was what I would expect from the regular vet. My dog is fine today. Our pup tore her ACL and needed TPLO surgery. I stumbled upon them and called for a quote and it was half the price compared to anywhere in Grand Rapids so we made the trip. Everyone was super friendly, dr van fleet is an amazing vet and you can tell he cares, they have a whole program around just this surgery. The price includes pre, surgery and post op care including medication. We just had her 8 week follow up and again another good experience! My recent first-time-ever veterinarian experience at Omnivet in TC was over the top! I have a tamed but skittish outdoor cat who was experiencing an abscess on one of his paws. Due to timing during the week and not being able to get into a vet in my area, then being turned away by another vet office in TC, I was anxious as to what to do next. From the first phone call made by my son and them being able to see us right away while we were in town, the helpfulness at the front desk by Kelly and Jayden; the kindness by Vet Techs Amy and Grace; as well as Dr Giglio, Veterinarian, in answering all my questions and explaining the process they would use to treat my pet, it was comforting to know my pet was in good hands! We also talked about neutering during the office visit. I really appreciate their honesty during follow-up in letting me know that my cat had in fact, already been neutered at some point when he was younger. So from beginning to end, this was a very positive experience with everyone I interacted with in the office, with them being able to assist us on short notice over the weekend and within a short time we were back on our way home.
