Dr. Andy Ogrodny, DACVIM
Dr. Ogrodny grew up in southwest Colorado and attended Colorado Mesa University for his undergraduate studies, where he developed an interest in veterinary medicine. He earned his veterinary degree at Midwestern University in Phoenix, Arizona, completed a one-year rotating internship, and then completed a three-year residency in small animal internal medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Ogrodny is interested in all aspects of internal medicine, including kidney disease, endocrinology, and autoimmune diseases, and is particularly passionate about educating owners and colleagues about diseases affecting their pets.
Outside work, Dr. Ogrodny enjoys spending time with his spouse, two dogs, Scooby and Tuna, and his two cats, Tulip and Peppercorn. He enjoys exploring new foods, hitting the gym, collecting Pokémon trading cards, and finding time to sit down and play some video games.
