Dr. Andy Ogrodny, DACVIM
He grew up in southwest Colorado and attended Colorado Mesa University for his undergraduate studies, during which he developed an interest in veterinary medicine. He attended Midwestern University in Phoenix, Arizona, for his veterinary degree and a one-year rotating internship, followed by a three-year residency in small animal internal medicine at Michigan State University.
Dr. Ogrodny is interested in all aspects of internal medicine, including kidney disease, endocrinology, and autoimmune diseases. He is particularly passionate about educating his owners and colleagues about diseases affecting their pets.
Outside work, Dr. Ogrodny enjoys spending time with his spouse, two dogs, Scooby and Tuna, and his two cats, Tulip and Peppercorn. He enjoys exploring new foods, hitting the gym, collecting Pokémon trading cards, and finding time to sit down and play some video games.
